Engaging leaders transform lives. That's why for more than four decades ECF has provided financial support to emerging scholars planning teaching ministries throughout the Church. And that's why ECF supports lay and clergy innovators who are revitalizing communities of faith. Through the Fellowship Partners Program, ECF awards fellowships for both academic and transformational ministries. In return, Fellows share their knowledge, experience, and best practices with the wider Church in practical ways. The emphasis is on partnerships that will have an important impact in their local communities and beyond, and enhance lay and clergy leadership formation. ECF seeks relationships with Fellows not only when they are receiving financial support, but over the long haul, so that our community of Fellows may serve as a gift and resource to the Church in serving God's mission. Meet our 2010 Fellows, read about other recent Fellows, or review a complete list of Fellows. Applications from both lay and clergy are welcome. Awards range up to $15,000 and Fellows may apply to renew grants for up to three years (renewal grants are capped at $10,000). The next application deadline will be March 15, 2011.
