The solicitation phase uses the information gathered during the feasibility study, and the communications plans developed during discernment, to launch a successful campaign. ECF’s services during this phase include:

  • Onsite development of a campaign plan
  • Training and mentoring of campaign staff
  • Design and printing of campaign materials
  • Onsite leadership training and gifts evaluation
  • Onsite evaluation of stewardship or annual giving program
  • Onsite training of advance gifts workers and all volunteers
  • Guidance in planning the kick-off event
  • Monitoring pledge collection, acknowledgement, and event progress
  • Onsite planned giving seminar, including legacy society training
  • Regular management oversight throughout the process through on-site meetings, email, and phone contact, as well as web-based project management if desired
