The solicitation phase uses the information gathered during the feasibility study, and the communications plans developed during discernment, to launch a successful campaign. ECF’s services during this phase include:
- Onsite development of a campaign plan
- Training and mentoring of campaign staff
- Design and printing of campaign materials
- Onsite leadership training and gifts evaluation
- Onsite evaluation of stewardship or annual giving program
- Onsite training of advance gifts workers and all volunteers
- Guidance in planning the kick-off event
- Monitoring pledge collection, acknowledgement, and event progress
- Onsite planned giving seminar, including legacy society training
- Regular management oversight throughout the process through on-site meetings, email, and phone contact, as well as web-based project management if desired
